Australia Metro: 3–5 Business Days
Regional: 5–10 Business Days
Rural/Remote: 10–15 Business Days
Returns
Refunds within 14 days if product is unopened and in original condition.
Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged orders must be reported within 7 days with photo evidence.
Personalised/Signed books cannot be returned unless faulty.
